NOTICE OF SCHEDULE OF COMMITTEE OF WHOLE AND REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE MILLINGTON SCHOOLS TO BE HELD DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2009.

Any citizen who wishes to be placed on the agenda shall notify the Secretary of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of Schools, in writing, at lease five (5) calendar days prior to a regular or special board meeting indicating the subject he/she wishes to present. The Board President and the Superintendent, acting jointly, shall determine whether or not the matter is an appropriate topic to be placed on an agenda.

The Board meeting proposed agenda will be available at District Office the Friday before the scheduled meeting.

Proposed minutes of each of the meetings listed above will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the District Office, 8780 Dean Drive, Millington, MI no more than eight (8) days after the date of said meeting, and approved minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the same location not more than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved. Copies of the minutes shall also be available at a reasonable estimated cost for printing and copying.

Upon oral or written request for a subscription and payment of a fee established by the board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be paid for up to twelve (12) months.

This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
